HISTORY OF HORN
THE VERY FIRST NATURE'S HORN
The outer part of the ear comprises an asymmetrical horn design.
It decreases in diameter gradually towards the eardrum, amplifying the pressure of sound by 20 times.

Ernst Siemens applied for German patent, for a non magnetic diaphragm as the sound radiator of a moving coil transducer
The diaphragm could take the form of a cone, with an exponentially flaring "morning glory" trumpet form.
